In this role, you will be responsible for showing, selling, and leasing homes, working with prospective residents, and carrying out activities related to managing the waitlist. Please note that this position is located at a federal facility. Responsibilities: Review prospective residents applications to verify their qualifications for the community according to all company, local, state, federal, and other applicable laws and regulations. Handle telephone inquiries, internet leads and walk-in traffic, and manage lead follow-up through CRM. Maintain and increase occupancy by selling and leasing homes through matching customers' needs and desires with community inventory available and demonstrating the value in our community. Ensure 'Rent Ready' property (interior and exterior) is presentable at all times with particular attention to the five (5) senses. Perform administrative functions required to lease property (to include processing rental application, data entry, general correspondence, waitlist maintenance and resident files). Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years of work experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service. A current driver's licensein good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks and work under pressure. Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Superb attention to detail. This position is located at a federal facility.
