Property Tours: Conduct informative and engaging property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of each community. Highlight the unique selling points of the community and effectively communicate the benefits of residency. Lease Administration: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, including application submission, background checks, and lease signings. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to effectively position our properties within the market. Make recommendations for rental rate adjustments as needed to maintain competitiveness and maximize occupancy. Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with current residents to promote retention and satisfaction. Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Marketing and Outreach: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant executes the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.
