These apartment homes have either balconies or fenced patios and sit amidst trees, sidewalks and grassy areas. The Great Mall and other venues for shopping and dining are a short drive away. This is a tax credit property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. Tax credit and/or project based Section 8 preferred. COS certification preferred. Salary range: $21.00 to $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, DOE.
