We specialize in Tax Credit; Section 42 properties (LIHTC - Low Income Housing Tax Credit). USA Multifamily Management is a subsidiary of USA Properties Fund, Inc., a full-service, fully diversified, privately owned real estate investment and development organization. We are seeking a Leasing Agent for our 308 Unit Senior Community, Vintage Chateau, located in Petaluma, CA. The Leasing Agent will report to the Community Manager. This is a non-exempt position, with a full-time work schedule. Must accommodate the need to work overtime and weekends as needed. JOB SUMMARY: The Leasing Agent is the property's sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospective residents and present the features and benefits of our apartment community in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, the Leasing Agent is responsible for securing lease agreements from qualified applicants. USA Multifamily Management, Inc. Leasing Agents are service oriented and make residents and prospective residents feel welcome and comfortable. We offer a competitive salary of $22 - $23 an hour, depending on experience. Assume responsibility in the absence of the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager (if applicable).
