Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Location: Bexley Springhill - Columbia, TN
Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $21/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses
Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events
Do you have a flexible schedule? If so, our alternative schedule leasing consultant position will give you an additional $80 per pay period bonus! This schedule is set the same each week and consists of 5 days each week working (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday).
Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different weekday off we can be flexible.
Hours are: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Off

Process rental applications
Process maintenance request
Receive collections in accordance with Trinity's standards
Clerical and phone support
Maintain all community members files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentation
Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed, all apartments are inspected to ensure all apartments are move-in ready to the Trinity's standards
Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to Supervisor
Conduct community member's move-out unit walks
Additional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor
