Seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage the office and leasing efforts for one of our beautiful large communities. Candidate must have at least two years Property Management experience with market-rate properties, be very tech savvy, organized and detail oriented.
Some responsibilities include:

Daily Traffic Sheet Update
Review Credit Reporting system daily for new apps and ensure they are processed promptly

This includes sending letters (90, 60, 30 days prior to lease expiration) and scheduling resident appointments to discuss renewal rates and leasing options while maintaining the Lease Expiration Matrix set for the property. • Complete all lease applications, assist with application verification and notify prospective residents of results. • Complete all lease paperwork including related addenda and accept rent payments and required deposits. • Complete Guest Card information form on all clients, send thank-you notes and perform appropriate follow-up. • Physically inspect community when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to maintenance staff. • Assist Property Manager in preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc. • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Property Manager or Regional Property Manager. • Manage specials in marketing center and verify ILS feeds • Monitor Google, websites, PPC campaigns, ILS for Accuracy and updates success etc.. • Hands on social media management required including generating content, scheduling posts, and interacting as the business • Responsible for organizing, marketing, and attending resident events based on ownership demands • Responsible for all resident retention activities including daily use of the resident portal, daily content approval, resident portal engagement/adoption and event marketing/promotion • Organize and file appropriate reports, leases, and paperwork timely. • Attend Trio meetings as appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS: • Highschool diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of leasing experience or equivalent experience preferred COMPUTER SKILLS: • Proficiency with professional software programs, Excel, Word, OneSite Rental System, or comparable management programs. How You Will Contribute
The Leasing Professional is a dynamic role that shapes the community's first impression for both current and future residents. The Leasing Professional is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Things You Will Do
Complete outbound follow-up with new leads for prospective renters via text, email, and phone. A heavy focus on engaging prospects in leasing conversations at the community level
Be the on-site Tour Guide, showing future residents' needs, showing them around your community's amenity areas and model homes, and highlighting all the benefits that will make them want to call your community home
Think safety first and ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected promptly in apartments, along the tour paths, in office spaces, and common areas
Build lasting relationships based on your ability to help residents and future residents experience what better living truly means
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the onsite staff, residents, and maintenance teams
Assists with resident retention by providing ongoing customer service to residents post-move-in
Maintains property waiting list and other updates to various records and reports in accordance with policy and procedure, applicable housing programs, and HUD/Agency regulations
Take pride in the apartment community; visually inspect and address areas of concern, keep the community clean, and report service needs to maintenance team members
Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed
Have a strong working knowledge of the market and competitive set
