* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales-related role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service will also be considered.
* High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
* Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
* Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
* Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
* Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
Additional requirements for Affordable Housing communities:

We are currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our teams at both Pine Tree, a 198 unit apartment community, and Bluffs at Cherry Hills, a 196 unit apartment community; both are located in Omaha, NE.
In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)
This role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus minus taxes upon submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination!
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner while presenting the apartment community in a positive light
Responsibilities:
Showcase the property to prospects and convert them to qualified residents Answer phones promptly and respond to all prospect inquiries Maintain and follow up on leasing and application paperwork Record traffic in Yardi Perform marketing and outreach for the property
Qualifications:
Previous leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred Yardi software experience preferred Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
