Actively network with student housing professionals in your market, monitor competitors, and build relationships with other industry professionals. Help Managers maintain a positive reputation and strong relationships with the school and community. Promote harmonious relations among residents, parents, staff, and the surrounding community while enforcing company policies and standards. Conduct outreach by spending necessary time on campus and at local businesses to foster cross-advertising and positive relationships. Ensure property management software is accurate and up to date at all times. Perform lease processing, administration, and other administrative duties as needed.
