You will be the go-to person for answering prospects' questions and offering customer service to residents, establishing yourself as a knowledge center of our communities. You will meet with residents and applicants to perform initial and annual certifications for *LIHTC program and process required verifications that are necessary to complete resident and applicant certifications. You will also help to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, ensuring our apartment homes are effectively marketed to qualified prospects.
