This is a sales position, so you will work quickly to close leases to meet
acceptable closing ratios as determined by Kairoi; at the same time maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions.
You should seek to understand current and future resident needs, provide solutions, overcome objections, and build relationships.
Being the at-home expert means that you will be able to accurately explain all features of your community including amenities, apartment availability, rent and pricing information, lease agreements, policies, and more.
You will follow-up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction by sending e-mail, thank-you notes, or making telephone calls or other contacts to finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
You will efficiently complete all lease-related paperwork for new residents and renewals (i.e., applications, lease agreements and addenda, employment and credit checks, and move-in packets) with confidentiality and professionalism.
You will collect security deposits, rent, and all other funds associated with resident move-ins.
You will support the overall marketing efforts and offer input and suggestions regarding promotions, advertisements, etc.
You will gather information about markets, competition, etc., and prepare competitive survey reports to analyze the real estate market trends and conditions in the area.
You will ensure that we are leaving a remar Kable impression through regular inspections of the community, tour path, vacant and model units.
