Together with the Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and other Leasing Consultants, you will be expected to drive and retain revenue for the properties and motivate those around you to do so as well. Our Leasing Teams are experienced, committed sales leaders. This property is located in Chicago Perks and Benefits: When you feel good, you do good. Take ownership of the entire lifecycle for prospective residents, starting with initial phone call, progressing to scheduling appointments, conducting onsite tours, and concluding with lease application processing. Develop full knowledge of application information and process all required documents to screen a prospective resident. Maintain exceptional standards of the leasing office, tour path, amenity set and reset, and model apartments. Generate leads through outreach marketing efforts, active and consistent follow-up, and daily commitment to hustle for overall leasing absorption. Complete final inspection of apartments before new move-ins and complete move-in paperwork with new residents. Collaborate with the leasing team to assess the list of vacant units, ensuring they are up to the Onni standard and ready for viewing. Ensure that the property's lead management software processes and procedures are being met daily for prospect follow-up, new resident workflow, and resident lease execution. Ensure that all of property's lease apartment negotiations are from approved pricing and specials as directed by management. Work with confidence and set an example to others on the team. Provide exceptional service to customers, vendors, and colleagues. Answer and log all daily leasing traffic, phone calls, e-mails, and follow-ups. Assist the Leadership Team with providing thoughtful marketing and pricing recommendations on a recurring basis to promote leasing absorption and rent growth. Manage lead base via CRM software and complete guest cards. Generate daily and weekly reports. Accept and appreciate feedback. Perform other duties are required. What You Will Bring: High school diploma is required. Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required. Prior experience with a revenue management system is strongly preferred. Prior experience with Yardi or another equivalent property management system is strongly preferred. Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others. Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
