Position Summary The Leasing Consultant is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for prospective and current residents. This role focuses on leasing apartments, conducting property tours, and assisting with resident relations. The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in achieving occupancy goals while representing Decron Properties with professionalism and enthusiasm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, prospective residents, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
