Process and verify leasing applications and corresponding documents. Updating and maintaining records and data bases. Outreach marketing. Qualifications: 1+ years of apartment leasing experience. Good customer service and sales skills. Experience with Yardi property management software. Bilingual, English/Spanish. Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff. Superior customer service skills.
