PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent Standing, Walking, and Climbing to tour units, inspect units, walking the property and climbing stairs.

Frequent hand use and finger dexterity for computer work.

PAY RANGE:
The pay range for this position is expected to be $22- $25 per hour. This includes a base rate plus an incentive bonus program; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
