Summary Responsible for the rental of apartment units to always ensure maximum occupancy and an exceptional customer experience that promotes optimal retention by performing the following duties personally. Provide leasing support for Portfolio Managers, including but not limited to:

Conducting QC/final walk throughs and taking photos. Reporting and deficiencies to the PM
o Scheduling/taking professional photos of rent ready units
o Creating marketing advertisements, utilizing Tenant Turner, Facebook, and other programs to generate lead flow
o Lead response and showings, open houses, collecting property feedback from leads and providing that to the property manager
o Conducting showings and leasing properties
o Move in walk throughs
o Facilitate leasing process from approved application through move-in, including assisting with PetScreening and security deposit collection process.
o Drafting leases for PM to send out
Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the team, including but not limited to:
o Reporting any and all property deficiencies/repair needs to PM/APM
o Continuing education for maintaining an active real estate license
o Managing a calendar for your portfolio, including but not limited to tracking dates regarding lease renewals, non-renewals, regular maintenance, and other important dates, and remaining organized
o Building and maintaining positive relationship prospects, vendors, and coworkers
o Using high touch communication methods, such as Teams, phone calls, texts, and email
