Solid Base Hourly $20-$28/ hour plus $100 per unit commission ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Leasing apartments to achieve occupancy goals. Providing excellent customer experience for the prospects as it relates to their interaction with the community, which includes apartment and community tours. Conducts market survey to understand market trend and customer needs. Fulfill and resolve customer needs. Ensure communication is delivered to residents accurately and in a timely manner. Collect and process renter information including leasing documents, income documents, credit reports and all other legal documentation necessary. Manage and supervise all internet advertising platforms currently used. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred. 3 Years working experience in sales or office Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Yardi property management software preferred.
