Job Summary: A Bilingual Leasing Specialist is responsible for maintaining the occupancy of the property through sound sales and customer service techniques to attract and retain residents. Essential Functions: Demonstrates Company Core Values. Ensures property and apartments are market ready by assessing at the start of each day; submit service requests as needed.
