Requirements: Responsibilities Will Include: Warmly greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours. Highlight community features, apartment benefits, and neighborhood amenities. Guide prospects through the leasing process, including applications, background, and credit checks. Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage move-in logistics, including scheduling, creating move-in packets, and ensuring a smooth transition. Respond to inquiries from residents and property management via email, phone, and in-person interactions. Support resident satisfaction through timely and professional communication. Assist with lease renewals and confidently explain rent adjustments. Conduct market research and competitive shopping as needed. Plan and support resident engagement activities and events. Travel to multiple community locations as required. Skills and Qualifications: We're seeking someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about helping residents find their next home. 1+ years of customer service or sales experience required. Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license; willingness to travel between sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Prior leasing or property management experience. Experience with lease renewals and competitive shopping. Bilingual proficiency.
