Salary: $52,500-$55,500/year
The Leasing and Subsidy Specialist at Vinfen is responsible for managing residential leases and rental subsidies allocated to and/or under contract by Vinfen. This role ensures compliance with applicable housing subsidy program regulations, maximizes rental subsidy revenue, and provides Operations staff with training and technical assistance on federal and state subsidy programs.
DMH (Department of Mental Health) Rental Assistance Program: Lease Management
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain property and lease documentation and files.
Ensure legal and budget compliance of lease terms.
Coordination:
Notify Operations staff of upcoming lease events (e.g., lease expirations) and coordinate activities.
Negotiate new and renewal lease terms and ensure execution of documents.
Process and recover any upfront payments made by Vinfen (e.g., security deposit, last month's rent).
Administrative Tasks:
Perform lease-related administrative tasks, including obtaining signatures, entering data into LeaseCalcs and Agresso, and filing leases and related documents.
