Position Summary:
This role combines customer service and sales, focusing on leasing apartments. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with customers by phone, in person, and online. Responsibilities include presenting properties, building rapport, following company standards for tours and sales, and providing follow-up to prospective residents. The position requires adherence to Fair Housing guidelines, maintaining a professional appearance, documenting interactions in PMS software, and assisting customers with application completion per company policies.
Essential Functions:
Customer Engagement: Greets and assists prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
Sales & Follow-Up: Presents available units, closes leases following company standards, and conducts timely follow-up with prospects who do not lease immediately.
Property Presentation: Inspects and "sparkle" homes scheduled for tours daily and walk the tour path to ensure it is clean and presentable.

Qualifications:
High School or equivalent education. Sales and / or other customer service experience preferred. Experiences that translate well include hospitality, restaurant and retail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish both orally and in writing.
Well-developed people skills. An ability to work with a variety of personalities and situations in a friendly outgoing and professional manner.
Basic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, application fees, pet fees, interest, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Reasoning ability, and the ability to focus on established goals and sales requirements.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, including 7 days a week as needed.
May require a valid driver's license.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced LeasingConsultant with strong personal attributes to join the P.B Bell team and help us showcase, Reflections at Red Mountain, an apartment community located in Mesa. The LeasingConsultant is the main point of contact with perspective residents. Their goal is to assist the Community Manager in the marketing of the Reflections at Red Mountain apartment community. In addition, the LeasingConsultant is also responsible for effectively engaging and interacting with each visitor and resident, successfully showcasing the benefits of the community, effectively closing each rental agreement and problem solving any issues with current residents.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional and customer service oriented! Effective sales and multi-tasking skills are also required in this challenging roll. Past general office and computer experience will be necessary for completing daily general duties. Past property management experience preferred. The ideal candidate must be available on weekends.

As a Senior LeasingConsultant, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service for our residents and potential future residents.

Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor- greeting prospective & current residents and providing them with an exceptional experience every step of the way.
Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
Close the sale- guiding prospective residents through the complete application process and following up with future residents regarding their status.

Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
