Year after year the company skimped on costs. There were many "early retirements", unfilled positions after people would resign. I did not like my manager at the time, he was a poor manager, avoided conflict. Show More

What Are Your Favorite Benefits/Perks?

They used to give away tickets to local events, that was cool. UNTIL they stipulated that only subscribers to the paper could enter the contest. That was LAME and SUCKED ASS. There were no other benefits. The health care premiums were high with high deductibles, nothing special or competitive there. Show More
