Pros

I didn't like anything about working at Lee. They came in, stripped my entire department down from 6 employees to 2 and then tried to make me and the only other employee pick up the slack. Horrible management. They don't care about their employees or product. They only care about purchasing local newspapers and squeezing as much profit out of them as possible.

Cons

There's nothing about Lee that is good. Horrible management, horrible benefits, profit at the expense of it's employees.

Benefits

I don't have one. Their benefits are almost non-existent.

When they introduce a new corporate initiative and have forgotten about it 6 months later and moved on to a different one.

Being able to work from home when I need to.

Salary, staff changes every day, change in instructions every day, never pay on the back just criticizing and looking for something to criticize. I guess everything except helping customers.
