You will serve as a DEPUTY DIRECTOR OPERATIONS AND TRAINING in the MARINE CORPS MOUNTAIN WARFARE TRAINING CENTER of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL. Responsibilities You will be responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and executing the current/future strategy, plans, and policy. You will direct and control the directorate activities and coordinate with adjacent and higher commands, key military staff and civilian managers or training units. You will coordinate and supervise integration planning and training, formal school support, academics support, doctrine development, and equipment testing and evaluation. You will perform personnel management tasks; you will direct assigned civilian workforce. You will analyze current operations, procedures, and proposed organizational changes. You will manage and direct the preparation of the organization's annual operating budget. You will provide guidance to both the section and subordinate commands regarding budget expenditures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, directing, organizing, and executing current/future strategy, plans, and policy; budget development and execution, joint event life-cycle and civilian management.
