Seek out areas of loss in the operation; develop, lead and manage strategies to reduce losses and improve overall business productivity.
Assist the OCC manager in synchronizing all individual processes from automation, manual selection, and cross-dock to eliminate dock congestion.
Field calls from customers with various requests and complaints and communicate back with answers to their concerns and provide estimates on the severity of the issue.
Coordinate last minute store orders.
Utilize progressive coaching and counseling concepts according to established policies and procedures to provide continuous feedback on performance, increase employee retention and improve employee relations.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in geology or hydrogeology, with goal of obtaining a Geologist-in-Training (GIT) and Professional Geologist (PG) license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent research and analytical skills
Motivated and positive self-starter able to work independently and in a team
Flexibility and desire to gain experience on a wide variety of technical projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Introductory (or higher) AutoCAD skills preferred

KEY DUTIES:
You will be cleaning in professional buildings. This is primarily a light to medium duty cleaning position. Your primary duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Empty trash cans.
Dust furniture.
Vacuuming
Cleaning/Sanitizing Breakrooms & Bathrooms
Mop floors
Sanitizing High Touch areas
PAY: Pay starts at $13 per hour and is based on experience and location.
