LSS of Marycrest, LLC had an average daily census of 133 during 2018.-LSS of Wadena, LLC, a 75 bed skilled nursing facility and a 32 unit independent living facility located in Wadena, Minnesota. LSS of Wadena, LLC had an average daily census of 65 during 2018. The skilled nursing facility was sold 2/28/18. The independent living facility continues to operate under Legacy and is managed by Eden Care.All of the skilled nursing facilities are Medicare and Medicaid certified.
