Consumer Segment Team
Identifying and delivering new avenues of growth is a critical company priority. The Consumer Segment team is an entrepreneurial, multi-functional team within Humana's Medicare and Medicaid business unit. Humana is seeking an experienced team member with meaningful strategy consulting or healthcare strategy experience to join this team. As Strategy Advancement Advisor, you will support development and implementation of consumer segment strategies that drive growth and retention while optimizing member experience and outcomes. You'll collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to frame up business questions, conduct analyses, and recommend solutions. You will help answer key strategic business questions that arise during the annual product/sales cycle across multiple domains, including product design, plan footprint, marketing and sales performance, membership analytics, customer/provider satisfaction and more. You will proactively identify new consumer insights and create business cases to support new pilots and initiatives to address critical unmet consumer needs.
**Key Responsibilities Include** :

+ Conducting industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis and deliverables that clearly frame objectives, issues/challenges, and articulate compelling, insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations

+ 7+ years of full-time relevant strategic work experience, ideally post-MBA
+ Strategy management consulting experience

+ Experience leveraging consumer insights to design and implement new products/services/solutions
+ Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership

+ MBA, MPH, PhD, or graduate degree in a management field
+ Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in the managed care or provider sector

Legal, Risk and Compliance interns develop knowledge in core business processes within the financial services, technology, and healthcare industries. Interns will work within internal control and risk frameworks, as well as regulator and compliance methodologies.
Legal, Risk and Compliance interns will help develop key deliverables, including process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries. Interns will review transactions to provide process improvement recommendations and address legal, risk and compliance challenges as needed. Legal, Risk and Compliance interns will work within various segments, including but not limited to financial crime and anti-money laundering, risk management, credit services, regulatory compliance and consumer protection, analytics, and legal consulting.

QUALIFICATIONS
+ Degree: Bachelor's, Master's, or Juris Doctor, degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Applied Math, Criminal Justice, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Law and Policy, Legal Studies, Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Pre-Law, Political Science and Statistics)

+ Graduation Status: Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of internship
+ Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)

Full-Time Cannabis Advisor - Canton
Canton, OH
$16/hour + Tips. Full-Time. Open availability required for any shifts (open/close). Holidays/weekends required. The Cannabis Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Possess a positive attitude while greeting customers and patients.
* Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.
* Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product.
* Build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business.
* Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
* Provide patients and customers alike with information on types, methods and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice).
* Be open to continued, on-going cannabis education and training.
* Provide support to managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
* Maintain a clean, organize, and sanitize workstation/store front.
* Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up.
* Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws.
* Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory.
* Complete transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system (METRC, BioTrack, etc.) accurately updates the amount of product available.
* Responsible for other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
* Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
* Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances).
* Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
* Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
* Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.
