Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
General administrative duties such as answering phones, word processing, redlining and proofreading documents, making copies, filing documents, time entry, and calendaring
Electronic and physical file management
Filing litigation-related documents with the appropriate courts
Filing corporate, UCC, and other transactional documents with the Secretary of State
Other related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
Ability to perform the above duties in a proactive, independent manner
At least one (1) year of experience as a Legal Secretary/LegalAssistant with a preferred background in transactional law (real estate closings, affordable housing, bonds, loan packages, corporate formations)

From case initiation in our Prosecution Resources Unit to defense of successful prosecutions in our Appellate Unit, the Division provides a wide array of services attendant to the resolution of criminal allegations and complaints. Researches various records and sources, including court and law enforcement computer systems, to obtain relevant information to assist in the development of a case;
