Minimum Requirements: • 1+ years of corporate or transactional legal assistant experience in a law firm environment. • Interest in or exposure to real estate or corporate law. • Previous experience providing administrative support in a legal setting. • Familiarity with legal software systems such as iManage and InTapp. • Strong computer and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office required. • Excellent grammar, proofreading abilities, and strong attention to detail. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting tasks, and frequent interruptions. • Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and staff. • Ability to work additional hours as required to meet transactional deadlines.
