Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant or legal secretary, preferably in a large law firm.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules.
Experience with e-filing and civil litigation procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, first shift.
Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary with a range between $55,000 and $85,000, based on experience and qualifications.

$39,520 to $52,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and communicate with clients, providers, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements
Assist attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence needed to support clients' cases
Help ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of litigation or settlement
Qualifications:
Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple open records requests
