The Legal Administration Manager will support our legal operations on various matters relating to the board of directors and public company processes, securities law compliance, legal entity management, and transactional support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and organize corporate organizational documents and handle entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution.
Serve as a liaison between the company, external legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project management.
Manage NDA process with third-party service provider.
Oversee and contribute to various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; paralegal certification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a public company or law firm environment.
Proficient in corporate entity management and familiar with legal compliance requirements.
Strong project management and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in preparing board materials and familiarity with capital markets and annual filings.
Knowledge of legal billing processes and systems.
Technical proficiency in DocuSign, Diligent, entity/subsidiary management, and other legal department management tools.

Total Compensation Range: $120,000 - $155,000 (base salary + participation in performance incentive program)

Legal Documents:
Assist attorneys in preparing motion papers, such as Table of Contents; Table of Authorities; cover to Memoranda of law; assemble all documents with exhibit tabs;
Make photocopies; scan documents and make sure they are searchable documents.
Legal Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including setting-up rooms for meetings; managing some correspondence, and handling some phone calls;
Assist in preparing materials for trials, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
Discovery Assistance:
Coordinate with process server to make sure subpoenas are timely served;
Create “subpoena trackers” indicating status of each subpoena served; deadlines; possible extension granted; and summarizing all communications with entities subpoenaed;

Case Management:
