Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and virtual conferences. Open new client matters, prepare engagement paperwork, and maintain accurate records in firm systems. Enter attorney billable time, track expenses, and assist with reimbursements. Handle general administrative support such as scanning, copying, answering phones, and organizing documents. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of law firm experience in litigation or related support is highly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to type at least 55 WPM and strong experience with advanced formatting and document styling.
