POSITION SUMMARY The Bilingual Legal Secretary / Notary provides clerical and administrative support to the judges of the Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Omaha. The legal sphere of this position is that of canon law (the legal system of the Catholic Church). This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced attorneys on a broad range of litigation matters, supporting cases from initial discovery through trial.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing complex case files, preparing litigation documents, and coordinating trial preparation. This position provides a collaborative and fast-paced work environment with regular in-office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
