Conduct legal research, organize case files, and maintain litigation calendars. Coordinate depositions, document production, trial preparation, and witness logistics. Other Responsibilities Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Interact professionally with internal teams, courts, regulatory agencies, and opposing counsel. Manage deadlines and provide both administrative and substantive support to the General Counsel as needed. What You Bring Four-year degree or two-year paralegal degree (preferred). 3 or more years of paralegal experience in real estate, corporate governance, and litigation. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Proficiency in eCourts, Microsoft Office Suite, and working familiarity with Lexis-Nexis and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Working Conditions Standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8am - 5 pm, with occasional irregular hours due to business needs. Must be available to work during adverse weather conditions.
