Your Role

As a member of our Finance & Legal department reporting to the CFO, the Legal Counsel will work to identify and address legal and compliance issues in the company's day-to-day operations, draft and negotiate commercial and financing agreements, and support efforts toward becoming a publicly listed-company. Your Responsibilities Support the expansion of FINN's vehicle subscription model in the US: You will provide legal support to a US organization that has launched vehicle subscription operations in six states and the District of Columbia and will expand to more states before year-end 2022. You will work with outside counsel to identify and comply with applicable State and Federal laws as well as best practices relevant to the business, and will undertake registrations and filings as required.
