Job Purpose:

* Lead on engaging senior management, including senior executives (i.e., regional, divisional, global, and group-wide executives) and DHL Group Boards on risks and requisite remedies or solutions in the above described areas.
* Lead attorney on DHL Group's Global Customs Committee, chaired by the Global Customs Office (GCO), and including Global Divisional Customs Compliance Officers for all divisions, and Global Divisional leads. Lead discussions within the committee on customs compliance issues and internal investigations where there is a US nexus.

* Identify and select outside counsel to advise on major investigations.

* Represent DHL business units before customers and other commercial partners on regulatory matters and explain regulatory requirements imposed on the business unit.
