Minimum Qualifications:
Second - or third-year law student in, or a graduate of, a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Legal Department support, including conducting research and organizing materials, as needed by the General Counsel
Formulate, establish and maintain tracking and other information management systems for administrative and legal matters, including electronic and hard copy files
Act as a liaison and advisor between the property management, association board of directors and unit owners
Provide administrative support for association maintenance issues
Mediate and dispute conflict between unit owners
Assist in the enforcement of association governing documents
Write and distribute association communications to unit owners
File and maintain all association records and documentation
Assist in facilitating association meetings
Assist in facilitating association elections
Monitor association insurance
Work on special projects as needed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A related college degree, or the equivalent, amount of previous property management, title & escrow, or real estate experience is highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in property management or the real estate industry
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills are desired
Valid drivers license
Ability to:
Function as a self-starter with considerable latitude of action

ATTENDANCE/TRAVEL:
