Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented attorney with significant experience in New York landlord tenant matters to serve as the Supervisor of our Landlord Tenant Department. This role is designed for an attorney who has strong command of landlord tenant procedures, cooperative occupancy issues, nonpayment and holdover proceedings, chronic delinquency matters, and administrative filings related to building compliance. This includes preparing petitions or related filings needed to request the appointment of a public administrator or guardian so that landlord tenant matters can proceed, and coordinating with outside counsel or agencies when required.
