The Warehouse Associate is responsible for hands-on operations in the Innovation center. Ensuring all specifications are met when receiving, packing and shipping of product. Must be a team player. Must maintain adherence to all sanitation standards and procedures as dictated by local, state, and federal authorities and as monitored by the LSF managers and Quality Assurance Department.
Pick and pack restaurant and e-commerce orders
Pack orders ensuring proper ice/dry ice amounts
Print e-commerce daily orders
Assist with pre-building kits as needed
Receive all orders delivered to the IC ensuring accuracy of invoice
Stock all warehouse shelves with product
Ensure that product rotates out using the "First In, First Out" rule
Conduct daily inventory of production items noting "Use By" dates.
Weekly inventory of all product, warehouse, walk-ins, production, e-commerce
Input the inventory weekly
Match invoices with purchase orders to ensure accurate billing
Process daily invoices for Accounting department
Complete all daily QA receiving logs and packing slips
Pick and deliver to Production all product for scheduled recipes
Fill all interdepartmental requests for product
Assist Warehouse Manager with paperwork as needed
Ensures adherence to procedures, including GMP requirements, food safety, and plant personnel safety
Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company standards, communicating inferior products or procedures.
Qualifications
Basic computer skills, proficient with warehouse systems a plus
Working knowledge of warehouse procedures, safety practices, sanitation standards and equipment use
Solid communication skills
Reliable; able to work in a team-oriented environment
Must be able to perform duties as assigned and maintain good work habits
Must be comfortable working in temperature-controlled areas, including refrigerated or freezer zones
Must work with safety as a priority
Some high school; GED preferred

Clears away dishes from guests.
Wipes down tabletops and chairs and re-sets tabletops with place settings.
Inspects and cleans carpet and other flooring when debris/liquid is detected.
Responds to guests questions and makes recommendations as appropriate.
Set up and maintain side work including but not limited to setting up tables at the beginning or end of shift.
Carries trays back to dishwasher, unloads and wipes trays clean.
Scrapes and stacks dishes. Returns dirty dishes, silverware to the dishwashing area, sorting and placing them in a prescribed area in preparation for washing.
Stocks stations with roll ups and place mats.
Checks restrooms for cleanliness.
Respond to any guests additional request and assists servers with their tables as needed.
Inspects floor for debris, spills and sweeps/dries as necessary.

What you will do:
Mentor and develop the Heart of the House (HOH) Hourly Staff to support the organization's talent pipeline and drive growth.

Ensure line checks and production are both completed in compliance with NYAJoe's systems and standards.
Maintain Full and properly trained staff to operate restaurant effectively and ensure 100% staffing to Master schedules for all shifts.
Ensure that all operations, recipe, specifications books, and training materials are current and maintained.
Ensure building, equipment, furniture, and fixtures are in good repair, clean and maintained on a regular basis.
What we need from you:
Minimum 2 years' experience working as Chef in a similar restaurant concept or successful Sous Chef with Not Your Average Joe's.
Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high performing teams.
