The candidate for this position will be successful if they can execute various secretarial duties of a confidential nature. These tasks will include working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Knowledge of Appellate (e-filings), trial procedures, and federal and state court procedures and rules.

Qualifications
3 or more years of related experience in appellate law preferred. 4 or more years of civil litigation experience required.
Proven aptitude for learning new software applications.
Experience with electronic and court filing procedures in other states is a plus.
Experience with NetDocs documents management system is a plus.
Must know Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced MS Word skills required.

The LegalSecretarial Supervisor, known internally as the Attorney Support FAST PROS Supervisor, is an integral part of Latham's Attorney Support team.
