Core Responsibilities:
Draft, revise, and finalize a wide range of legal documents, including franchise agreements, amendments, transfer and assignment agreements, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, and other related business contracts.
Review and redline third-party documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Maintain organized files, exhibits, and document versions related to the company's Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD) and other legal filings.
Assist in the preparation and execution of franchise and corporate transactions, including franchise transfers, new franchisee onboarding, and entity formations.
Conduct legal and factual research to support contract drafting, compliance initiatives, and due diligence projects.
Track and manage deadlines for contracts, renewals, and corporate filings.
Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, accounting, and development, to ensure consistent execution of agreements and policies.

Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required. Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred. Travel required.
