Order, review, and summarize title updates, UCC searches, tax lien searches, and litigation searches

Prepare, file, and manage UCC financing statements
Research corporate entity status across multiple jurisdictions
Coordinate and assist with commercial loan closings
Organize closing binders, shared digital file sites, and manage post-closing due diligence
Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, vendors, and outside counsel via phone and email
Occasionally assist the administrative team with office-related support as needed
