What You'll Do
Provide consistent in-office support to foster collaboration, cross-training, and peer-level assistance

Job Duties:1. Reviews case materials to become familiar with questions under consideration.2. Review and analyze cases and make recommendations concerning possible enforcement activity.3. Analyze cases and gather information from parties that may be necessary to determine whether enforcement action is appropriate.4. Make recommendations concerning discovery for enforcement activity and prepare drafts of discovery requests and pleadings for attorney review.5. Prepares digests of selected decisions or opinions which incorporate legal references and analyses of precedents involved in areas of well-defined and settled points of law.6. Interviews potential witnesses and prepares summary interview reports for the attorney's review.7. Participates in pre-trial witness conferences, notes possible deficiencies in case materials (e.g., missing documents, conflicting statements) and additional issues or other questionable matters, and personally conducts limited investigations at the pre-trial stage.8. Prepares and organizes trial exhibits, as required; sherardizes and verifies citations and legal references on prepared legal documents.9. Prepares summaries of testimony and depositions.10. Drafts and edits legal and non-legal memoranda, research reports and correspondence relating to cases.11. Proofreads pleadings, correspondence and other documents for spelling, grammar, organization, and clarity in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Requirements:-Must be a United States citizen-Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 out of the past 5 years-Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background check to earn a federal security clearance-Must have 2 years of Paralegal experience

Job Summary
The Paralegal/Legal Clerk position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Department with an emphasis on reviewing documents, drafting briefs, maintaining files, and supporting the day-to-day activities related to the Department.

Public Information Requests
Conduct and process legal review of requests for information submitted pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, including:

We're looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team. This role offers the chance to support a wide range of legal matters-contracts, litigation, compliance, and more. You'll help keep things organized, accurate, and moving forward while working closely with attorneys and other team members. What You'll Do
Contracts: Assist with reviewing, and editing agreements, and help track deadlines and obligations.
Litigation: Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, research, and document management.
Compliance: Help maintain compliance programs, support policy updates, and monitor regulatory changes.
General Support: Manage legal files, databases, and calendars, and serve as a resource to the broader legal team.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies (required).
Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a legal setting preferred (internship experience counts!).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software a bonus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry).
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner).

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal who's ready to make an impact and help shape the legal foundation of a fast-growing organization. You'll partner closely with the SVP, Legal and business leaders across the organization, supporting day-to-day legal operations, contracts, governance, and Board-related work. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to the SVP, Legal and leadership teams.
Draft, review, and organize contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements with precision and accuracy.
Conduct legal research and analysis across a range of areas including contracts, employment, IP, litigation, and governance.
Manage corporate governance records, resolutions, and entity filings (formations, dissolutions, annual updates, etc.).
Assist in preparing and maintaining Board and committee calendars, meeting materials, and minutes.
Support compliance initiatives, assist with policy reviews, participate in audits, and help implement training programs.
Collaborate with HR on employment-related agreements and issues as needed.
Liaise with external counsel and assist with litigation processes (discovery, documentation, case tracking).
Support intellectual property activities such as trademark and patent filings, renewals, and portfolio tracking.
Respond to internal legal inquiries and ensure accurate, timely guidance to business partners.
Help refine and improve legal department processes, templates, and document management systems.
WHAT YOU BRING
12+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Strong background in contracts, governance, and compliance.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication ability.
Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting senior executives or Board-level work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business, or related field required; Paralegal Certification strongly preferred.
