We are hiring two experienced LegalSecretaries to support a high-volume transactional Partner in a specialized practice group focused on commercial, regulatory, and government-facing matters.
This is not litigation and not an entry-level admin role. You must be comfortable supporting senior attorneys, managing complex documents, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
This role is best suited for a senior legal secretary with strong transactional document experience or a legal assistant who has supported partners in corporate, real estate, regulatory, or government practices.

Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday-Saturday | 11:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Must-Have Experience
You should have 7+ years of legal support experience, including:
Drafting, formatting, and proofreading transactional documents, agreements, resolutions, memoranda, and correspondence
Preparing signature packets, deal documents, and closing binders
Supporting partners or senior attorneys in transactional, regulatory, or government-facing practices
Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings with clients and agencies
Strong document management and attention to detail
Stable work history and ability to handle shifting priorities
Required:
Transactional, corporate, regulatory, government, or real estate practice experience
Strong document-handling and organization skills
Preferred:
Experience working with government agencies or regulatory matters
