Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve plaintiff data intake templates, forms, and workflows for MDL matters
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing for intake forms and templates
Evaluate and implement effective data intake solutions in alignment with program leadership
Assign and oversee template development and testing by QA team members as needed
Collaborate with attorneys, analysts, and programmers to ensure accurate data capture and database functionality
Identify and implement quality control measures through reporting and manual data checks

Job Duties
