Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Managing a caseload of files with multiple and often short deadlines at the administrative and court level.
Coordinating attorney appointments for assigned cases.
Reviewing case mail daily, updating the case management system with deadlines, and keeping the attorneys informed.
Developing medical evidence in a case for the attorneys to review.
Filing administrative appeals and court filings timely.
Communicating, following up, and following through with attorneys, clients, and any party associated with a case.
Being a relationship manager for assigned clients and providing them with top-notch customer service.
