What You'll Do

Build and optimize technology-enabled reviews using platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, Nuix, and Everlaw; apply analytics (email threading, near-duplication, clustering/TAR) to reduce cost and cycle time.
Draft and negotiate ESI protocols; map metadata fields, validate load files, and maintain chain-of-custody and audit trails.
Support traditional discovery and motion practice: prepare responses, privilege logs, deposition/exhibit sets, and trial/arbitration binders.
Handle court filings in Illinois and federal courts (Odyssey e-file, PACER) and manage associated deadlines and notices.
Construction law plus: assist with contract and change-order documentation, lien waivers/mechanics' liens, project record organization, and targeted research on construction-specific issues.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of paralegal experience focused on e-discovery in litigation; defense experience and construction-related matters are a strong plus.
Hands-on expertise with leading e-discovery platforms (Relativity, DISCO, Nuix, Everlaw) and comfort with analytics/TAR.
Deep knowledge of ESI best practices and the EDRM, including legal holds, collections, processing, review management, productions, and defensible documentation.
Excellent organization and communication skills; ability to thrive in fast-moving matters and collaborate cross-functionally.
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
