Leverage data insights to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) on attorney features in product marketing and other external-facing promotions
Drive content for key performance reviews and engagement events, such as town halls, all-hands meetings, and attorney conferences.
Communicate effectively 1:1 or at scale with internal stakeholders to ensure understanding of strategic insights and any variations to targets. Contribute to short and long-term strategy discussions.
You have
5+ years' experience in strategic and/or operational roles such as management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with shifting timelines and priorities
Strong financial acumen and business analytics skills including experience synthesizing multiple inputs and data points and developing data-backed recommendations and business cases
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members and to influence the direction of others
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly frame options and recommendations, and inspire teams to action
Experience in the technology industry and experience working with small businesses preferred
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) required; MBA preferred
LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is $102,400-$130,000. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
