Onboard new affiliates while addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with marketing to own the marketing calendar, communicate updates, launch promotions, and develop marketing assets to affiliates.
Monitor and share industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Provide regular gap analysis to identify and target affiliate partners within the legal services and related industries.
Generate regular reports on affiliate partner and program performance, presenting key findings and recommendations to management.
Travel/attend industry events, and visit with affiliate partners (as needed).
You have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5-8 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the e-commerce or legal services industry.
Strong experience with CJ, Impact Radius, Awin, or equivalent platforms.
Strong experience running an affiliate program directly at a brand/advertiser.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
Experience at a B2B brand, and familiarity with legal/regulatory aspects of affiliate marketing is a plus.

Overview
The Senior Media Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of both in-house and agency-executed Paid Social campaigns. * Know how to use data analytics tools, such as Thoughtspot and Amplitude, to not just view performance but to dive in across multiple views to derive the insights needed.
You have :
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or relevant experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of direct experience in lifecycle marketing.
* Ability to balance priorities and negotiate scope with managers and stakeholders to hit launch goals.
* Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
* Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies including recommending enhancements to existing programs.
* Creative problem solver who can identify opportunities, drive innovation, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
* Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing.
* Technical abilities in marketing platform automation technologies including building of email and SMS campaigns and artifacts.

LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is $104,600 - $139,500. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
