Own the day-to-day operations of the Affiliate Partner Program.
Own relationships with our Affiliate Agency, our Affiliate Platform, and with new and existing Affiliate Partners.
Analyze affiliate data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
Provide actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of affiliate marketing efforts.
Evaluate the ROAS of affiliate marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize commissions against 1 YR LTV goals.
Conduct proactive outreach to prospective affiliate partners utilizing internal CRM and sales tools for tracking effectiveness.
Execute affiliate performance strategies that align with LegalZoom's business objectives.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with assigned affiliate partners.
Onboard new affiliates while addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with marketing to own the marketing calendar, communicate updates, launch promotions, and develop marketing assets to affiliates.
Monitor and share industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Provide regular gap analysis to identify and target affiliate partners within the legal services and related industries.
Generate regular reports on affiliate partner and program performance, presenting key findings and recommendations to management.
Travel/attend industry events, and visit with affiliate partners (as needed).
You have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5-8 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the e-commerce or legal services industry.
Strong experience with CJ, Impact Radius, Awin, or equivalent platforms.
Strong experience running an affiliate program directly at a brand/advertiser.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
Experience at a B2B brand, and familiarity with legal/regulatory aspects of affiliate marketing is a plus.
LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is $111,400 - 148,500 and actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package. Overview
LegalZoom's Brand & Creative team is looking for a Group Manager, Associate Creative Director (ACD) with a strong copywriting background to help lead and scale our in-house creative team. In this role, you'll oversee a team of designers, a senior art director, a copywriter, and a video editor to bring our brand to life across ads, video, social, employer brand, internal assets, and more.
We're looking for a creative leader with a foundation in copywriting but with a strong eye for design and visual aesthetics. Your roots in advertising give you a sharp sense for concept and storytelling, but your experience extends beyond ads into building holistic brand systems. With strong in-house experience driving full-funnel campaigns, you know how to create cohesive, effective stories across every brand touchpoint. This role requires a balance of conceptual thinking, brand design, and team leadership.
Note: This is a people management role. Candidates must have experience directly managing in-house individual contributors.
You will
* Lead the development of creative across advertising, social, video, email, internal comms, and employer brand-ensuring visual and verbal consistency across all touchpoints
* Manage and mentor a team of designers, an art director, a copywriter, and a video editor; provide clear, actionable feedback to grow their craft and confidence, while also coaching them on how to navigate the organization, present their work effectively, and operate as strong, collaborative corporate citizens.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing channel teams, comms, partnerships, legal, and PeopleOps to deliver strategic creative that meets business needs and inspires action
* Help shape and maintain our brand identity system, ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity across external and internal creative
* Partner with channel leads and project managers to scope and prioritize creative work, balancing resources and timelines across a high-volume pipeline
* Direct creative for photoshoots, video shoots, and asset production-with a working knowledge of how to produce content efficiently at scale
* Bring fresh creative ideas grounded in insights, cultural trends, and platform best practices
* Contribute to the team's operations and growth-helping shape our processes, tools, and creative culture
You have
* 7-10+ years of experience in brand or creative roles-with at least 3+ years managing a creative team
* Strong in-house experience; you've built creative across a wide range of formats, not just campaign work
* A portfolio that shows strong brand storytelling, design craft, and cross-channel thinking (social, web, video, internal)
* Ability to manage creative development from brief to launch-balancing vision, feedback, and execution

Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Essential Work Functions:
Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, with a focus on cardiac care
Prepares equipment and aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients
Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's cardiac status and response to interventions
Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols specific to cardiac emergencies
Documents nursing history and physical assessment for assigned telemetry patients
Initiates patient education plans according to individualized needs, focusing on cardiac health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients
Maintains confidentiality of patients and client
Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adheres to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

Summary:

You have
* 5-8 years of experience in marketing copywriting and UX writing for digital products-especially ecommerce or online services.
* Bachelor's degree or more in English, History, Journalism, or similar field.
* Portfolio that showcases work on onboarding, purchase, or conversion journeys, and emails with measurable impact.
* Passion for solving real customer problems with thoughtful, clear, and effective messaging.

Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Be able to analyze data by writing SQL queries to identify patterns of false positives.
Create business rules and exceptions to address false positives using Fircosoft utilities.
Maintain responsibility for designing, testing, and validating suppression logic used for sanctions screening filters
Identify and mitigate Sanctions risk through periodic risk assessments of lists, filter rules and logic
Support general sanctions operations activities and other duties, as needed.
Participate in ad-hoc remediation or business specific projects which may include examinations and/or internal and external audits
Partner with Management and Global Sanctions Compliance team to ensure proper governance, maintenance and oversight is performed of various internal and external sanctions lists.
Partner with Senior Management and Global Sanctions Compliance team to ensure proper governance and oversight is performed on the Sanctions filter, alert monitoring system, utility components and fine tune systems and controls as required per policy.
Provide business support for the reduction of filter false positive alerts by identifying rules and exception processing opportunities ensuring the required testing is performed and documented per enterprise policies to control risk and provide optimum operational performance.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5-7 years of total work experience with 0-1 years management experience preferred
Has experience writing SQL queries.
Basic knowledge of VBA or Python scripting will be beneficial in getting accustomed to Fircosoft Rule writing code.
Familiarity with Fircosoft Utilities and knowledge of Fircosoft rule writing for alert tuning preferred.
