LEGENDS GLOBAL, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Head Groundskeeper for LEGENDS Global in Stockton, CA who is responsible for all aspects of the ballpark field maintenance and all aspects facility needs regarding sports use of the facility. Ensures that all field preparation is scheduled and facilitated; grounds crew is trained properly; equipment is maintained and repairs and irrigation; materials are purchased and used within allocated budgets. Oversee general sports field related facility maintenance; and proper delivery of event-related services. Performs the following duties personally or through a subordinate:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Assist in the supervision of employees while performing landscape and maintenance duties at Stockton Ballpark.
* Help hire, supervise, train, and schedule part-time grounds staff.
* Conduct in-house training programs with part time staff to insure proper usage and operation of all maintenance equipment and complete daily safety checks.
* Schedules, coordinates and supervises / monitors general maintenance of facility.
* Develops an emergency action plan for system malfunctions or breakdowns; develops corrective actions and solutions.
* Complete weekly irrigation system field assessments. Trouble shoot problem areas, and make repairs when malfunctions occur.
* Provides technical support, oversee and/or assists with repairs and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment.
* Ensure proper utilization of the Work Order and LEGENDS GLOBAL Maintenance Manager systems.
* Plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and repairs.
* Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services.
* Ensure compliance with MLB, MiLB, local, state, and federal ballpark codes.
* Maintain safety standards and conduct risk assessments.
* Implement energy and water savings measures and sustainability initiatives.
* Assist in preparing budgets for maintenance and capital projects.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs.
* Ensures adherence to OSHA, NFPA and other applicable safety codes.
* Analyzes needs and plans preventive maintenance programs and upgrades for systems.
* All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises employees in the Engineering & Maintenance Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with LEGENDS GLOBAL's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

THE ROLE
The Manager of Premium Services will report to the Director of Operations and is responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the premium services operations including Clubs, Suites, In-Seat Service, Catering, and all other pertinent areas of premium services.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage all facets of the premium food and beverage operations to achieve operational budgets, manage monthly P&L statements and ensure that all financial reporting is accurate.
* Demonstrated experience managing the operations of multiple VIP clubs and hospitality spaces including coordination with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu construction and production, labor, guest service training and presentation within set budget parameters.
* Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to a staff responsible for executing the premium business plan
* Achieved planned costs in labor and COGS and work within budgeted guidelines
* Develop annual operating budget and quarterly reviews vs plan
* Provide quality service and excellent products while maintaining positive customer and client relations and prudent financial practices
* Oversee monthly inventory for premium services operations
* Accountable for establishing and maintaining proper safety and sanitation procedures as well as creating a working relationship with local health officials
* Ensuring proper operational condition of all food service equipment
* Work closely with sub-contractors to ensure all operational needs are met and terms of contract are followed
* Develop new concepts that best serve the desires of our guest and incorporates industry trends and technology
* Recruit, interview, hire, training and further the abilities of all event service staff

As an MDE Evaluator, you will play a vital role in conducting comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation for infants and toddlers using the appropriate individualized assessment activities to establish the infant/toddler's eligibility for Early Intervention Services. Assists in identifying, securing, and using needed equipment and therapies. Implements each child's individualized plan to achieve specific outcomes, derived from child's assessment information, needs, interests and team input.
Should have a working understanding of Developmental Assessment of Young Children 2nd edition (DAYC-2).
Utilizes a variety of equipment, activities and opportunities appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of each child to adequately assess their cognitive, physical, communication, adaptive and social development.
Completes required training education/certification in accordance with COMHAR, external partners and funding sources, continues professional development and seeks knowledge of relevant resources and information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality instruction in ice skating techniques, including figure skating, hockey fundamentals, and recreational skating, tailored to varying skill levels
* Develop lesson plans, training drills, and practice schedules to help skaters improve skills, strength, balance, and performance
* Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing rink rules, monitoring sessions, and teaching safe skating practices
* Evaluate skaters' progress, give constructive feedback, and set achievable goals for skill development and performance
* Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment that motivates skaters of all ages and abilities
* Prepare athletes for competitions, performances, or showcases, including choreography, routines, and conditioning
* Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and program staff regarding student progress, scheduling, and expectations
* Maintain certification, knowledge of best practices, and awareness of industry trends to deliver high-quality coaching
* Support rink operations by assisting with events, exhibitions, and skating programs as needed
* Maintain records for the skating program, including sign-in sheets, waivers, and payments
* Clean and organize all areas to be used by skating students. This includes locker rooms, guest observation areas, and ice skate rental area.
* Keep skating equipment inventoried, maintained, organized in their proper storage spaces.
* Track and process payments of students, monitor the number of students for each class session. Reconcile payments and student numbers with total revenue daily.

Education and/or Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field preferred
* Prior experience as an ice skating coach, instructor, or competitive skater strongly preferred
* Professional certifications (e.g., U.S. Figure Skating, Professional Skaters Association, or equivalent) highly desirable
* Experience working with children, teens, and adults in recreational or competitive skating programs
* Strong background in skating techniques, safety practices, and on-ice conditioning
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Skills and Abilities
* Proficient in ice skating
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire skaters of all ages and skill levels
* Patience, adaptability, and a supportive coaching style that fosters confidence and growth
* Ability to design and deliver structured lesson plans while ensuring safety and skill progression
* Leadership and organizational skills to manage groups, coordinate practices, and prepare skaters for events or competitions
COMPENSATION
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00

Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm

Requirements:
