Role Summary:
A Guest Services Agent primary responsibility is to answer inbound calls and assist customers with a wide variety of questions and concerns while guaranteeing high guest satisfaction. Must be proficient with written and verbal communication skills, email, internet usage, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
Ability to maintain performance objectives such as attendance, schedule adherence, and efficiency performance objectives
Must be available to work schedules during the call center hours of operation, including nights, weekends and holidays
Adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure the company's success

Role Summary:
Cinemark is looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our General Manager in Training (GMIT) program. This is a fast-paced, hands-on journey designed to prepare you for a leadership role at one of our high-volume theatres. As the Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for helping to shape and communicate Chipotle's investment narrative. Prepare on-time and error free quarterly earnings deliverables to include timelines, cross-functional inputs, press release, shareholder letter, call script, and Q&A.

Aid in creating Reg FD-compliant disclosure in partnership with Legal and Finance (e.g., 8-Ks, 10-Q/K milestones with the SEC reporting team).

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA/CFA preferred.
5-8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/FP&A, or Strategy.
Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel/financial modeling
Ability to interpret and explain P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, unit economics, and key metrics.
Working knowledge of Reg FD and the public company disclosure process; familiarity with 10-K/10-Q/8-K cycles.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
